We pump, sanitize, and restock each week, then haul the unit away whenever you say the job is finished.
Before & during
We launched with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I would trust at my own home. We're a family business, so if something is not right with a unit, that falls on us, and we take care of it the same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before heading out. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that is when we show up. If anything changes, I phone you before you need to phone us.

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule an additional weekly visit.
We empty the tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.
Two to three weeks of notice works well for spring and summer weekends. Book earlier for holiday weekends.
We assign a regular weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us for removal.
